This Refund Policy applies to services engaged through ANKAVYA Digital Technologies. Specific payment milestones and refund terms for a project will also be detailed in your project agreement.
An initial deposit is typically required before project work begins. This deposit covers project setup, planning, and early-stage work, and is generally non-refundable once work has started.
For larger projects, payments may be split across milestones. Refunds for a given milestone are only considered if the associated deliverables were not provided.
If you wish to cancel a project in progress, please contact us as soon as possible. You will be billed for work completed up to the point of cancellation; amounts paid for undelivered work may be refunded at our discretion.
Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as domain registration, hosting, licenses, or paid advertising spend) are non-refundable.
